Shipping Policy

All shipping costs are calculated based on each order’s destination and weight and are dispatched via Royal Mail. Your exact shipping rate will be calculated at the checkout, once you've added your items and shipping country.

Orders can take up to 2-3 working days to process and ship (this excludes weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct information (e-mail and shipping address) in their order as the order will be shipped to the address provided.

We (Mediterranea Vintage©) are not responsible for additional costs related to returned packages due to providing an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us, please note that the buyer is responsible for the re-shipping fee as the original shipping label will be void.

Please note that shipping cannot be combined for multiple orders as all shipping is determined by weight.

We (Mediterranea Vintage©) are not responsible for any mail that gets lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged on the journey. We make sure our packaging is prepared properly for shipping. If you believe that your package has gotten lost or stolen on its way, please contact Royal Mail with the details provided in your “confirmation of shipping” email.

Priority Tracked Shipping: 24 hours / delivered next day by 1pm after dispatch (£7.50)

Europe shipping options:

European countries (Both EU & non/EU): 3-5 business days (£6 to £13.50 depending on weight - please go to the checkout for an accurate rate)

International shipping options (Outside of Europe):

International ZONE 1: 6-7 business days (£8.50 to £23 depending on weight - please go to the checkout for an accurate rate)

International ZONE 2: 6-7 business days (£10 to £30 depending on weight - please go to the checkout for an accurate rate)

USA: 6-7 business days (£16.50 to £30 depending on weight - please go to the checkout for an accurate rate)

What’s in World Zone 1?

All countries that aren’t a part of Europe, USA or World Zone 2. World Zone 1 generally covers countries in North America (except the USA), South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia (other than Singapore and Laos).

Sizing & Returns

All of the items in our store are vintage pieces that have been given a second life. We make sure each of the pieces we select for our collections are of the best quality possible, however, signs of usage and little marks might be present in some of them.

Due to our online boutique being vintage and only having unique listings to each piece, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted.

We don't retouch any of our product photographs to hide any garment imperfections if present on the garments.

Please have a look to each listing's description before ordering. Most of our items are suitable for various sizes. Our model tipically wears a size XS (UK 8) and is 1.67m tall. All of the garments have been styled according to her figure for the photographs.

Clothing Care & Higiene Disclaimer

Once handpicked, all our pieces are washed using a laundry EcoEgg - meaning it's vegan, allergy friendly and great for sensitive skin, as well as later on being steamed before sending.

Sometimes we like to spray our clothes using a vegan & cruelty-free rose scented lingerie perfume to give them that extra vintage, romantic feel!

Lastly, we want to give the disclaimer that we're a small business currently ran from a household with a cat. So although we make sure to lint roll all our pieces before we pack them to be sent, if you're highly allergic to cats we think it's good for you to be aware of this before buying.

Privacy & Safety

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
